Bridget’s 12 Week Program

Bridget’s 12 week coaching program will cover these three key areas:


  1. Mindset – Retraining your way of thinking so you can be successful in your fitness goals and creating a new healthy LIFESTYLE
  2. Nutrition – Customized nutrition plans that fit the way you already live, but incorporate new ideas towards food and healthy eating
  3. Exercise – not because we hate our bodies, but because it gives us confidence, it empowers us and is the finishing touch to that healthy lifestyle
